Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to daily, weekly, and ad hoc cleaning schedules across production areas.
  • •Carry out high- and low-level general cleaning, including deep cleaning of production areas.
  • •Clean processing equipment and production lines to required standards, including sample testing.
  • •Complete post-cleaning checks and ensure all paperwork is correctly completed.
  • •Manage chemical/consumable/equipment stock, replenish items, handle waste and recycling streams, and report incidents or environmental concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a hygiene role or food manufacturing site is an advantage, though full training will be provided.
  • •Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • •Good understanding of COSHH/chemical awareness and the ability to follow set procedures and schedules.
  • •Level 2 Food Hygiene is advantageous.
