Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee FP&A processes to plan, record, analyze, and report divisional financial conditions for the region/segment.
  • •Prepare and publish daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Track key financial indicators and business drivers, recommending actions with decision-support narratives.
  • •Assist with building and loading monthly forecasts and annual operating plans.
  • •Drive variance analysis (Actual vs Forecast/Plan) and contribute to senior management presentations and routine plant/division financial reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •MBA in Finance (or equivalent), with Accounting major (B.Com) and CA/ICWA/CFA.
  • •6–10 years of total experience, including 5–8 years of relevant FP&A experience (manufacturing exposure preferred).
  • •Proficiency with MS Office and Power BI dashboard development.
  • •Working knowledge of business intelligence tools such as SAP, Oracle, and Oracle Planning (ePBCS).
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, time-management, and communication skills to interact across management levels and internal clients.
