Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, test, and deliver NICE CXone AI software platform features and enhancements.
  • •Implement NICE Cognigy and Proactive AI Agent, and integrate with related AI tools.
  • •Perform unit testing, code reviews, and resolve defects during QA and production cycles.
  • •Collaborate with system analysis and project management to ensure successful project completion.
  • •Mentor team members and contribute to a fast-paced project delivery environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering.
  • •3+ years’ experience in CCaaS and/or UC environments.
  • •3 years of professional experience building and shipping ML or NLP systems, including focus on LLM based or Generative AI solutions.
  • •3+ years of software development, to include design, custom and common coding (JavaScript, Python, Java, C++), and testing of real time systems.
  • •Expert Python and strong software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, testing, CI/CD, Git, containers).
