Job Summary

Hands-on AI software developer focused on CCaaS platforms. You will implement NICE Cognigy and Proactive AI agents, work with ML/NLP systems (LLM-based), and develop across CXcenter tech stacks (CXone, IVR, VoIP, chat). You’ll unit test, review code, resolve defects, and collaborate with a delivery team to ship high-quality AI-enabled CX solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, test, and deliver NICE CXone AI software platform features and enhancements.
•Implement NICE Cognigy and Proactive AI Agent, and integrate with related AI tools.
•Perform unit testing, code reviews, and resolve defects during QA and production cycles.
•Collaborate with system analysis and project management to ensure successful project completion.
•Mentor team members and contribute to a fast-paced project delivery environment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering.
•3+ years’ experience in CCaaS and/or UC environments.
•3 years of professional experience building and shipping ML or NLP systems, including focus on LLM based or Generative AI solutions.
•3+ years of software development, to include design, custom and common coding (JavaScript, Python, Java, C++), and testing of real time systems.
•Expert Python and strong software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, testing, CI/CD, Git, containers).
