Job Summary

Lead the delivery of Sales & Trading (S&T) projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Manage complex cross-functional initiatives that strengthen trading capabilities, operational efficiency, client experience, risk management, and compliance. Act as the primary interface across Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and vendors, providing governance, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight while ensuring projects land on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of complex S&T projects from initiation to closure, impacting multiple departments or offices.
•Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, budgets, resource requirements, and delivery roadmaps.
•Serve as the primary interface across Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and external vendors.
•Establish governance structures (steering committees, reporting processes) and provide delivery oversight to senior stakeholders.
•Manage project financials, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory/audit requirements.

•Industry-recognised modern project management qualification (e.g., PMP or APM preferred).
