Key Responsibilities

•Strategy: Partner with the IT Director and Enterprise Architects to design and govern the technology roadmap, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and future proof.
•Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a hybrid engineering team.
•Hands-On Development & Oversight: Conduct code and design reviews, contribute to critical parts of the codebase, and set the standard for technical excellence.
•Platform Evolution: Oversee our core CRM platform (Salesforce), ensuring its optimal performance while actively planning its integration with and/or migration to future systems.
•Delivery & Impact: Lead the successful delivery of at least one major new product or capability that measurably improves the experience for our sales, brand, and marketing teams.

Key Requirements

•Essential: Strong experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (Apex, Lightning Web Components, integration patterns).
•Preferred: Hands-on proficiency in at least one modern object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, C#/.NET).
•Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar.
•Proficiency in release management and software delivery lifecycle.
•Hands-on skills automating build, test, and deployment processes using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
