Manufacturing Technician Lead

Lead daily maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure, serving as a hands-on technical expert for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting. Coordinate and prioritize maintenance work while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs, mentor maintenance technicians, and help develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Collaborate with production, engineering, and management to support continuous improvement initiatives.
