Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments as part of a delivery team. Partner with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready components from day one, covering prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations. You’ll own end-to-end technical delivery, including full-stack deployment, data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, and customer KPI dashboards—while feeding real field insights back to product teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deploy agentic AI solutions that take real actions for real organizations, shipping production-ready components end-to-end.
•Develop agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations using LLM techniques and the Agentic AI platform.
•Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms, including validation and output modeling.
•Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.
•Co-build with customers and partners, surface platform gaps and edge cases, and feed field insights back to senior engineers and product teams.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with production systems experience (6-10 years for Senior levels).
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•Proven experience managing and delivering customer-facing projects within Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, plus hands-on LLM and prompt engineering skills.
