Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and execution of sourcing strategies for Contract Manufacturing Organizations, including RFPs, supplier evaluations, and benchmarking
  • •Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, including master service agreements (MSAs) and supply agreements, in collaboration with stakeholders
  • •Maintain a contract repository/tracker and manage contract amendments, renewals, and terminations to meet business needs and risk exposure
  • •Serve as primary commercial supply chain point of contact for Contract Manufacturing Organizations, managing performance reviews and escalations
  • •Monitor supplier performance against SLAs/KPIs and coordinate supplier risk assessments with Quality and Supply Chain to drive corrective action plans

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
  • •10+ years of supply chain experience
  • •Life sciences industry experience, with experience in commercial products a plus
  • •Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing commercial contracts with Contract Manufacturing Organizations in a regulated environment
  • •Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
