Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee project planning staff and planning activities, ensuring consistent application of planning methodologies and compliance with company standards.
  • •Develop, review, and maintain integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, and start-up; manage baseline control and formal change management.
  • •Monitor overall project progress and performance, highlighting key risks, delays, variances, and areas of concern; oversee progress dashboards and executive summaries.
  • •Prepare and manage manpower forecasts and revenue projections, including daily manpower requirements and deployments to support productivity, cost control, and delivery targets.
  • •Support delay analysis and project controls issues, including schedule risk assessments, EOT evaluations, recovery strategies, and technical review/correspondence support.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience with 5 years of relevant experience in project planning and project controls.
  • •Strong knowledge of planning methodologies, project management principles, and project controls frameworks across the project lifecycle.
  • •In-depth construction planning and scheduling expertise across engineering, procurement, construction, and start-up activities.
  • •Sound understanding of construction law concepts, change management, and principles supporting EOT claims and delay analysis.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 with functional ERP knowledge, preferably SAP, to support planning, forecasting, and reporting.
