Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and mentor designers in a player/coach role to create easy, delightful products.
  • •Coordinate with Product Managers and the Director of Product Design on staffing, quality, training, and professional development.
  • •Conduct user research (contextual inquiry, usability testing, competitive analysis) to guide design decisions.
  • •Define, test, and iterate interaction design for new and existing features, including AI-assisted or AI-powered experiences where appropriate.
  • •Experiment with AI tools and techniques within the design process and collaborate on planning and execution with product and tech leads.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of product-based UX design experience for complex desktop, web, and/or mobile software apps.
  • •2+ years managing or mentoring designers, including growing individual contributors.
  • •Proven ability to take SaaS product/feature work from research and discovery through launch and ongoing improvements.
  • •Portfolio demonstrating user research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping/testing, and visual UI design.
  • •Experience exploring or shipping AI-assisted features and designing complex data visualization, reporting, or analytics solutions.
