Job Summary

Experienced applications engineer supporting ODM/OEM and customers in AMD’s Data Center segment. You will scope, debug, and resolve multi-disciplinary issues across Data Center CPU/GPU and system level, collaborate with software/firmware teams, enable customer software/firmware in products, and deliver training and technical documentation to field teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Support ODM/OEM/customers in deploying AMD Data Center products on server platforms, ensuring stability and performance.
•Provide technical consultation for system integration and deployment.
•Perform issue analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve hardware or software problems.
•Deliver on-site technical support for testing, validation, and performance optimization.
•Collaborate with ODMs, OEMs, and ecosystem partners to drive product adoption and provide enablement.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree in CS/EE
•8+ years of relevant experience
•Proficiency in Linux environments and scripting
•Hands-on experience with embedded software debugging and board bring-up
•Proficiency in C language; knowledge of x86 assembly
