Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, driving sales with cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build and maintain client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice; source new customers and follow up to close sales.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting or exceeding individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transactions, and shipment support.

Key Requirements

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred).
