Job Summary

Serve as a senior strategic advisor to life sciences leaders, guiding enterprise AI and agentic automation initiatives from roadmap through future-state architecture. Lead executive discussions with CIOs, CTOs, and Chief AI Officers to define governance, risk, and control frameworks, evaluate AI platform and orchestration approaches, and translate emerging LLM and agent technologies into practical transformation opportunities. Partner across Product, GTM, alliances, and industry teams while representing UiPath through thought leadership and customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders on enterprise AI, automation, agentic transformation, and technology strategy.
•Lead strategic discussions with CIOs, CTOs, Chief AI Officers, Enterprise Architects, and digital transformation leaders.
•Help customers define long-term AI, automation, and agentic transformation roadmaps aligned to business and innovation objectives.
•Guide architecture decisions across agents vs workflows vs automation, centralized vs decentralized AI models, and governance/control frameworks.
•Advise customers on AI governance, risk management, compliance, security, and operationalization strategies, and represent UiPath through thought leadership and customer engagements.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience advising large enterprises on AI adoption, platform strategy, automation, or technology modernization initiatives.
•Strong understanding of enterprise AI ecosystems, including AI platforms, cloud services, agent frameworks, orchestration technologies, workflow platforms, and automation solutions.
•Ability to evaluate competing and complementary technologies and provide strategic guidance on architecture, operating models, and platform investments.
•Experience helping organizations establish AI governance frameworks, operating models, and enterprise adoption strategies.
•Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role and able to travel up to 25%.
