Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients and project teams on cost planning, estimation, and cost control up to claims management for Neu- or refurbishment projects.
  • •Manage cost variances during the change process and ensure thorough analyses and reporting.
  • •Serve as the first point of contact for all cost-management-related questions for project leadership and clients, promoting collaboration with internal departments and planning teams.
  • •Foster constructive collaboration with client-facing teams and internal planning units across all project phases.
  • •Assume leadership responsibilities in technical and disciplinary aspects of cost management.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field completed successfully.
  • •Around 10 years of professional experience in project management or construction supervision for high-rise projects (ideally in industrial construction), with at least 4 years specifically in cost management or cost controlling.
  • •Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, and enjoyment of working in multicultural teams.
