Job Function: Finance & Accounting

Key Responsibilities

•Own key components of the monthly close, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
•Handle inter-company transactions and support financial reporting.
•Perform flux analysis and variance commentary as part of close processes.
•Collaborate with the Controller and Finance function to build audit-ready processes as the company scales toward IPO readiness.
•Help establish controls-conscious, SOX-ready accounting practices as the accounting function grows.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with full-cycle close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, and variance commentary.
•Solid working knowledge of US GAAP; experience in pre-IPO, IPO-stage, or public company environments is strongly preferred.
•Exposure to building or contributing to internal controls and SOX-ready accounting processes.
•CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (active or actively in progress).
•Proficiency with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP.
