Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately and timely apply payments received in multiple bank accounts to the appropriate customer accounts.
  • •Follow up on unidentified payments and unapplied cash, and process AR adjustments and customer refunds per LOA.
  • •Manage month-end activities in line with the checklist and prepare reports to assess process health and clear variances.
  • •Maintain and update process documents with dynamic process changes; communicate significant issues affecting the application/adjustment process.
  • •Support audit and metrics reporting, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend controls and process-strengthening projects using lean tools and standard work.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
  • •2-4 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment or with a global team.
  • •Understanding of commercial credit and collection practices, including payment methods such as wire transfer, cheque, promissory notes, and direct debit.
  • •Knowledge and experience working with Oracle (preferred).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting, and good understanding of accounting concepts.
