Job Summary

Lead the full lifecycle of a suite of commercial banking products, from product strategy and roadmap through business case development, requirements, design, pricing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. Partner with product leadership to drive profitable growth, manage product health and adoption, and address obstacles and competitive dynamics. Lead and develop a team of Product Analysts while conducting market research and coordinating with cross-functional partners across lending, risk/compliance, IT, and third parties.

•Manage the full lifecycle of assigned commercial banking products, including strategy/roadmap, business cases, requirements, design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
•Partner with product leadership to develop and operate profitable banking products, meeting development objectives and monitoring product health and responsiveness to market changes.
•Lead research, analysis, development, pricing, and implementation for new products and enhancements to existing products.
•Ensure product success by addressing adoption, performance, competitive analysis, service delivery complications, and supporting risk control procedures.
•Lead and develop a team of Product Analysts, including hiring, coaching, performance management, training, and development.
