Retail Supervisor - Full Time (Jersey Gardens II)

Lead daily store operations by delivering consistently high customer experience and driving sales, KPIs, and profitability through effective planning and expense control. Assist the Store and Assistant Store Managers with recruitment, training, development, and scheduling, including payroll control. Oversee inventory and shrink targets, manage incoming and outgoing merchandise, and maintain a safe, compliant shopping and working environment while working non-traditional hours as needed.
