Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain OIC-based integrations across SaaS, on-premises, and cloud systems.
  • •Develop integration flows using app, REST/SOAP, database, FTP, and ERP/HCM adapters following best practices.
  • •Configure orchestration (event-driven and scheduled), including DB polling and file-based integrations with robust error handling.
  • •Optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and resilience (retry, fault policies, bulk processing) and use monitoring/alerting to troubleshoot.
  • •Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement, including technical design documents and deployment guides across environments.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration development experience, including OIC Gen 3.
  • •Experience with Oracle Fusion modules (HCM/ERP/SCM) and integration design across those modules.
  • •Hands-on OIC development (5+ years), including building and managing integrations.
  • •Strong knowledge of APIs and SOA web services (REST, SOAP), with SQL and database concepts.
  • •Experience with Oracle HCM, including HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Fast Formula, plus troubleshooting and performance optimization.
