•Lead engineering teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and customer-centric platforms.
•Drive consistent experiences across channels by accelerating delivery with modern engineering practices and AI-assisted productivity.
•Lead multiple cross-functional teams across complex initiatives, coordinating internal and customer-facing solution delivery.
•Partner within a product operating model with product, UX, and business stakeholders.
•Design and oversee engineering practices spanning resiliency, observability, security, test strategy, and production stability in distributed systems.

•10+ years of total industry experience, including 5+ years in an Engineering Manager (EM) role leading engineering teams and delivering complex platforms.

•Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript with experience in React and related frameworks.
