Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of information management processes in line with ISO 19650 standards.
  • •Maintain and support the effective use of the Common Data Environment (CDE).
  • •Develop and coordinate BEP, MIDP, and TIDP documentation.
  • •Coordinate information exchange requirements across project teams and stakeholders, embedding standards with BIM Managers/Digital Leads.
  • •Apply a security-minded approach to data and support quality assurance and review/control/distribution of project information (including drawings and models) in line with ISO naming conventions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working within BIM environments and supporting Project Information Management activities.
  • •Clear, confident communication skills in person and through digital channels.
  • •Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., environment, project management, engineering, science, building, or quantity surveying), or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience working within a project or PMO environment, ideally across multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Understanding or experience working with ISO 19650 standards and information management practices.
