Job Summary

Craft intuitive, elegant, high-performing mobile-first UI for BJAK’s AI and financial products. Partner with product managers and engineers to turn requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. Own design across insurance, payments, claims, and investments, maintain the design system, and iterate using user feedback, analytics, and usability testing while ensuring accessibility and responsive consistency.

Key Responsibilities

•Design polished, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web products.
•Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
•Create intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services.
•Maintain and evolve BJAK’s design system for consistency across products.
•Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementation and iterate using feedback, analytics, and usability testing.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of experience designing digital products, with strong focus on mobile applications.
•Strong portfolio showcasing visual design, interaction design, and UI craftsmanship.
•Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and modern design workflows.
•Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles, iOS & Android platform guidelines, and responsive layouts.
•Good understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centred design.
