Drive growth in prenatal diagnostics by selling UNITY Fetal Risk Screen to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors across Southern Indiana. Communicate test benefits to physicians and internal teams, build key relationships, and expand market presence for BillionToOne's single-gene NIPT platform in a field sales role reporting to the Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development through direct sales to individual OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
•Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine and other healthcare professionals.
•Effectively prospect and cultivate new business and maintain key relationships.
•Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities for growth within a specific region – predominately in OBGYN, MFM, GC clinics, hospital systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
•Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization quickly in your geography; manage the full lifecycle of product sales, including new business development and lead generation; attend local tradeshows and conferences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,569 - 248,269 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of outside field sales experience in healthcare, directly calling on providers within the specified territory.
•Proven sales track record with ability to identify buyer/decision maker types, demonstrate effective selling, listening, and presentation skills, and respond to customer needs.
•Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills with ability to present to internal and external customers.
•Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize opportunities in a dynamic environment.
•Comfortable in a startup environment, self-motivated, results-oriented, and knowledgeable about HIPAA/privacy considerations.
