Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across web apps, APIs, mobile apps, servers, databases, cloud, and network infrastructure.
  • •Run authenticated and unauthenticated scans, then validate findings through manual testing.
  • •Execute internal/external penetration testing exercises to identify security weaknesses and exploitation paths.
  • •Analyze vulnerabilities, assign risk ratings, and provide remediation recommendations; validate remediation via re-testing.
  • •Create detailed technical reports and executive summaries, and collaborate with infrastructure, development, cloud, and security teams to drive fixes.

Key Requirements

  • •Perform web application, network, API, infrastructure, and cloud security assessments and penetration testing.

  • •Apply security frameworks and methods such as OWASP Top 10/ASVS, OWASP API Security Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, SANS Security Controls, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
  • •Conduct risk assessment and analysis using CVSS risk scoring and produce actionable remediation recommendations.
