Key Responsibilities

•Analyze, design, and implement process improvements across finance operations (AP, AR, GL, payments, reconciliations) to increase efficiency and accuracy.
•Execute VSMs and Kaizens independently, staying current with process-improvement trends leveraging AI/ML and GenAI.
•Use data analytics to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities; develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and process health.
•Support and/or lead cross-functional projects with finance, product, tech, and business teams, ensuring milestone delivery and effective stakeholder communication.
•Create macro-based solutions and/or collaborate with technology teams to automate manual processes using RPA, workflow tools, and other digital solutions; develop SOPs and support internal controls and quality assurance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience driving improvements in finance operations.
•Experience with process mapping, process reengineering, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., VSM, Kaizen).
•Strong analytical skills with large datasets, root cause analysis, and development of actionable improvement plans.
•Proficiency in Excel (including macros) and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau; familiarity with finance systems (ERP, SAP, Oracle) and automation tools is preferred.
