Operate counterbalance FLT trucks in a busy yard environment, loading and unloading HGVs and moving pallet stacks. Ensure smooth flow on production lines within agreed SLAs by safely handling and rotating stock. Assist with manual inspection and repair of equipment, direct visiting vehicles during loading/unloading, and promptly report any damage or operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely operate FLT trucks to support production and haulier operations.
•Direct visiting vehicles during loading and unloading.
•Maintain smooth flow on production lines within agreed SLAs.
•Assist with manual inspection and repair of equipment in the yard.
•Report damage or operational issues promptly, and handle/rotate stock safely and efficiently.

Key Requirements

•Experience as a Counterbalance FLT Driver in a busy yard environment, with HGV loading preferred.
•External FLT licence (RTITB or ITSSAR); in-house licences considered.
•Experience operating double/triple fork FLTs (big advantage).
•Safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
