Key Responsibilities

  • •Build Tutor’s district sales business from minimal revenue to millions in annual revenue.
  • •Own the complete district sales cycle from opportunity identification through executive engagement, RFPs, procurement, negotiation, and signed contracts.
  • •Determine which districts and segments to prioritize and develop strategy to reach and win them.
  • •Build and continuously improve a district sales playbook, including ICP, positioning, qualification, sales stages, and approaches to district buying.
  • •Develop qualified, measurable pipeline and deepen relationships with district decision-makers while bringing market insight to Tutor’s product direction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 210,000 annually

  • •Demonstrated track record selling tutoring services to U.S. school districts at scale.
  • •Personally won competitive district business totaling seven figures in annual revenue.
  • •Existing relationships with senior decision-makers across U.S. school districts.
  • •Deep understanding of how districts purchase tutoring services, including budgeting, RFPs, procurement, competition, and contracting.
