Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating Crocs core values.
  • •Assist across store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Lead by example on the sales floor, partnering with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals.
  • •Handle key holder responsibilities such as opening/closing procedures, cash handling, store recovery standards, and ensuring store readiness daily.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 - 24 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 18 years or older.
  • •2-3 years of retail experience, preferably with prior store leadership roles.
  • •Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • •Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to perform physical demands including lifting 30 pounds with assistance and being on your feet for 8 hours per shift.
