Job Summary

Conduct internal supply audits aligned to ISO 9001:2015 for the Supply and Services Department, covering areas such as SSA, SSMO, ASP, CIF, and IPBO operations. Evaluate QMS effectiveness, performance against ISO/statutory/regulatory/PWS requirements, and investigate audit findings to drive corrective and preventive actions. Develop audit checklists and reports, analyze supply data and trends, support customer issue resolution, and create and deliver training programs as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct internal audits aligned to ISO 9001:2015 for supply and services operations, evaluating QMS effectiveness and supply department performance against ISO, statutory, regulatory, and PWS requirements.
•Apply knowledge of automated information systems (AIS) related to supply, and use DoD publications, Army regulations, Army pamphlets, and FAR to support audit work.
•Develop and maintain internal audit checklists; evaluate audit findings and prepare and submit audit reports, including follow-up and corrective/preventive actions.
•Evaluate and track government evaluations and findings, ensuring timely responses and assisting with corrective actions as directed.
•Measure and analyze process/product performance, identify improvement opportunities (OFIs), and support corrective action requests (CARs) and preventive action requests (PARs), including training and technical documentation.

Salary: USD 70,000 - 75,000

Key Requirements

•High school graduate or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. Formal civilian or military training in supply operations and management is desirable (on-the-job experience may substitute).
•Minimum three years of experience demonstrating professional management, investigative skills, technical skills, sound judgment, and analytical ability.
•Experience analyzing supply functions, storage area operations, ammunition supply point operations, item classification, and related AISs.
•Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (highly preferred).
•ISO 9001:2015 training is highly desired; additional ISO knowledge is expected for auditing duties.
