Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a senior technical resource and technical advisor for the team, providing input to studies and design in your area of expertise.
  • •Develop study and design procedures to enable high quality, cost-effective work by others and participate in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.
  • •Prepare project proposals and tenders for Main Roads Panel projects and Major Projects, and provide input to engineering budgets and schedules.
  • •Review and coordinate the integrity of design calculations and drawings, and prepare technical specification sections as required.
  • •Lead interdisciplinary coordination on projects and ensure alignment with client requirements and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • •15+ years’ experience in highway and major infrastructure design.
  • •Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) – Engineers Australia.
  • •Demonstrated experience working with Main Roads WA projects and standards.
  • •Proven track record leading multidisciplinary design teams in a consultancy environment.
