Key Responsibilities

•Define radar system requirements, design architectures and algorithms, and collaborate with software development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.
•Analyze radar system performance data with respect to requirements and identify performance deficiencies, proposing solutions.
•Define and prototype new algorithms to enhance system performance.
•Present plans, designs and system performance to peers, internal leadership and external customers.
•Provide subject matter expertise to agile software development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience with Matlab, C/C++, Java, or DOORS.
•Experience with systems analysis, algorithms, requirements development, and/or signal processing techniques.
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required for clearance.
•U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance.
