Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of engagements from kickoff to adoption, ensuring production-grade products are adopted in regulated environments.
  • •Partner with clients to identify high-impact workflow problems and define AI products to address them.
  • •Convert user requirements and operational pain points into clear technical specifications for internal engineering and design.
  • •Lead adoption and change management by onboarding stakeholders, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
  • •Drive program success and commercial expansion by delivering measurable outcomes and owning the commercial agenda within each account.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional experience with meaningful exposure to AI deployment in complex, real-world environments.
  • •Background in top-tier consulting, AI/product companies, or technical/operating roles in large enterprises or financial institutions.
  • •Direct financial services experience (banking, asset management, insurance, private equity, or fintech) is a significant plus.
  • •Experience contributing to diligence, strategic analysis, technical evaluations, or enterprise AI deployments.
  • •Demonstrated success driving people-and-process change at large enterprises, including workflow transformation and adoption at scale.
