Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of AI engineers and related specialists, including goal-setting, performance expectations, hiring support, and succession planning.
  • •Manage intake, prioritization, planning, and execution of AI engineering work, aligning capacity with enterprise priorities and communicating risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • •Provide technical leadership and review of AI solution approaches, promoting maintainable, scalable, cost-aware, and production-ready implementations.
  • •Ensure responsible AI practices, including security, privacy, data governance, compliance, and operational readiness before production release.
  • •Partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, translate needs into delivery plans, and support adoption, change management, and enablement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • •8+ years delivering software, data, AI, or digital solutions, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • •Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
  • •Working knowledge of AI, data, cloud, and integration technologies to guide technical decisions and solution delivery.
  • •Experience managing stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and delivery roadmaps; experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot, or Copilot Studio is preferred.
