Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee team capacity across strategic workstreams and balance near-term priorities with long-term planning to ensure expertise deployment and timely delivery.
  • •Serve as executive liaison with senior leaders across Product, Technology, TMP, Alliances, and CSG to align priorities, messaging, and delivery expectations.
  • •Run operational orchestration including workload management, triage, escalation protocols, and burnout prevention.
  • •Recruit, hire, onboard, mentor, and develop a diverse technical team; manage skill development and succession planning.
  • •Manage intake and execution of success architect engagements for Salesforce Signature customers, delivering improvements in technical health and tailored consultative guidance.
