Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate the data management framework, metrics, and reporting process for data management capabilities across SEB.
  • •Network with stakeholders to understand data management capability requirements aligned to business objectives.
  • •Support the development, design, deployment, and maintenance of data management process, playbooks, tools, and training programs.
  • •Support data management capability leaders with competence development, coaching, team-building, and aligning divisional data strategy at group level.
  • •Monitor and adhere to industry best practices, and participate in key data management initiatives including requirements and tool/BI development.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of experience from a data-intensive environment, with an interest in data as an asset for driving business decisions.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to implement group-level strategy and roadmaps through others across divisions.
  • •A good understanding of data management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
  • •An academic degree at university level.
  • •Fluency in English, and preferably also Swedish.
