Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in commercial and corporate law, in a top law firm (technology/data protection/telco) or a multinational corporate legal department.
  • •Ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial technology contracts independently, including license, cloud, or SaaS agreements.
  • •Expertise in data protection and information security for commercial transactions, including advising on GDPR and cybersecurity.
  • •Fluency in English and at least one other EU official language; French preferred.
  • •Admitted to practice law (Bar admission) in a major EU country.
