Assistant Teacher

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children from infancy through ages 3–6, helping create a calm, engaging space where children explore and learn at their own pace. Assist with preparing intentional learning environments, observe children’s needs, and support individualized and small-group activities. Build warm relationships with children and families, collaborating with Lead Guides and the team community while growing through sponsored Montessori diploma training and ongoing professional development.
