Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead enterprise discovery sessions and workshops to understand customer challenges and goals, in both Tagalog and English.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to current and prospective customers to guide their transformational journey.
  • •Build trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision makers across business and technology, including creating first-level business architecture.
  • •Develop and deliver innovative custom solution concepts aligned to business value and coordinate the full solution cycle with technical and business resources.
  • •Present Salesforce and partner solutions clearly across stakeholder levels and articulate unique benefits of Salesforce, while meeting expectations for internal and external customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record delivering differentiated custom solutions and presentations for key decision makers, including technical concepts aligned to business needs.
  • •Ability to orchestrate and manage the solution cycle requiring coordination of multiple internal and external resources.
  • •Broad understanding of and ability to articulate benefits of cloud computing and Salesforce solutions such as SFA, Service & Support, Marketing, and Mobile.
  • •Business case/value engineering experience to develop compelling points of view for customer issues and needs.
  • •Strong communication and relationship skills, with fluency in Tagalog advantageous for working with clients in the Philippines market.
