Branch Manager - Richmond Hill

Manage daily operations of a branch and lead all facets of sales, service, and operations. Build and grow a portfolio of high-value consumer and business customers by coaching the team, identifying sales/service opportunities with available tools, and driving referrals to internal partners. Ensure compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies while recruiting and developing colleagues. Maintain strong community involvement and partnerships to meet budgeted production goals.
