Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead architecture, design, and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for private banking CRM.
  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and resolve delivery/production issues.
  • •Oversee end-to-end CRM implementations including legacy/peripheral integrations, data migration, and GDPR compliance.
  • •Mentor and develop technical teams, establish coding standards, and drive skill development.
  • •Provide technical leadership across ALM, DevOps, and system integration; support pre-sales PoCs and off-business-hours incident support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •10+ years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including 4+ years in Power Platform architecture and implementation.
  • •Proven delivery of large-scale private banking CRM projects with system integration, data migration, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Advanced skills in Power Apps, Dataverse, plugin development, Azure administration, and ETL processes.
  • •Experience with Power Platform ALM/DevOps and reusable solution frameworks, plus Microsoft Certifications MB-210 and PL-600.
