Job Summary

Lead branch operations to drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Build and coach a high-performing team by recruiting, mentoring, and training associates on customer value best practices while fostering a strong safety culture. Use operating and financial data to identify trends and root causes, set and track KPIs, and implement area/branch strategies. Partner with leadership and Field Support to evaluate and roll out emerging technologies and ways of working.

•Analyze operating and financial data to identify trends and determine root causes.
•Set goals and monitor KPIs to track daily, weekly, and monthly progress and continuously adjust branch strategies; support implementation of emerging technologies with leadership and Field Support.
