Job Summary

Act as a People Partner point of contact, supporting team motivation and professional development while driving core HR processes like performance evaluations, climate surveys, internal communications, onboarding/offboarding, and performance. Monitor and analyze area budget deviations (HC, Staff Cost and related initiatives), own HR data quality in Workday, and partner with regional payroll on payroll updates. Support talent acquisition, benefits plan administration, workplace operations, and contract documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a reference for the team, supporting motivation and professional development based on strengths and improvement opportunities.
•Support HR initiatives and key People processes including performance evaluations, climate surveys, internal communications, onboarding/offboarding, and performance.
•Develop, maintain, and analyze budget deviations for the area (HC, Staff Cost, and related initiatives like benefits, actions, and training).
•Ensure data quality of HR structures and keep HR records accurate in Workday.
•Coordinate with regional payroll on payroll processing and maintain updates on absences, turnover, incidents, overtime, vacations, and bonuses, and support contract and workplace documentation processes.

Key Requirements

•Academic background in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology (labor), Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields with an organizational focus.
•Relevant prior experience in digital, mass consumption, retail, or similar fast-moving work environments.
•Knowledge of local labor legislation and compensation.
•Intermediate to advanced English level.
•Experience with Microsoft tools, Google Suite, and Workday.
