Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment to prepare drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and macchiato.
  • •Grind and measure coffee beans for freshness and consistency in flavor.
  • •Steam and froth milk to the right texture and temperature, incorporating foam/latte art as requested.
  • •Take customer orders, provide recommendations, answer questions about menu items, and process payments via cash registers or POS systems.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, restock supplies, and collaborate with teammates during busy periods.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years working experience, including 2 years of relevant experience (GCC experience is a plus).
  • •In-depth understanding of coffee varieties, blends, and brewing methods including espresso extraction and milk steaming.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to take orders, engage customers, and make recommendations.
  • •Strong attention to detail for consistent coffee preparation (measurements, extraction times, and milk frothing).
  • •Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and troubleshoot issues like equipment malfunctions or customer complaints.
