Job Summary

Partner with the Advisor to manage and grow an assigned book of business, providing strategic guidance and tactical support tied to private equity-related growth. Serve as the liaison between the Advisor and Account Management teams, ensuring deliverables, renewals, stewardship updates, and renewal calendars are executed. Lead proposal meetings, negotiate with underwriters as needed, and coordinate midyear/stewardship client meetings alongside broader NFP resources.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Advisor to manage and grow a book of business, including private equity-related growth.
•Oversee client deliverables throughout the year, including renewal policies/summaries and stewardship reports.
•Support new business efforts by communicating with prospective clients and assisting with proposals/pitch presentations, deliverables, and calendars.
•Manage renewal business execution by acting as the liaison between the Advisor and Account Management team, maintaining renewal calendars, and performing outreach.
•Coordinate client retention activities including midyear/stewardship meetings and proposal/underwriter negotiation support as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 163,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire.
•More than 10 years of industry and product line experience.
•Must have retail brokerage experience (carrier/wholesaler/intermediary agencies).
•Experience with EPIC and Salesforce systems is preferable.
•CPCU or other P&C designation preferred; BA/BS preferred and a relevant Master’s degree is highly desirable.
