Job Summary

Join the Supply Chain team at the Gahcho Kué Mine as a site-based Warehouse Officer on a fixed-term contract to July 2027 (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off). You’ll oversee safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and issuing of materials, lead inventory cycle counts, and support SAP reporting/data integrity. The role also covers shipping/receiving documentation, production material staging, logistics coordination, and operating warehouse equipment while enforcing warehouse safety best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive, verify, and unload incoming materials using SAP; organize materials for safe, efficient access and process SAP reservations to issue materials to end users.
•Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc inventory cycle counts, report inventory levels and discrepancies, and support data integrity by generating SAP reports.
•Complete receiving and shipping documentation; package, sort, and prepare materials for storage, shipment, or return.
•Support production by issuing batches under direction by reviewing control sheets and MSDS, selecting and weighing raw materials, and staging intermediates/final products.
•Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment; comply with safety standards and operate warehouse equipment including stand-up forklifts, counterbalance forklifts, and telehandlers.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of warehouse and logistics experience, preferably in mining, and 5+ years working with SAP and inventory management practices.
•In-depth knowledge of SAP and warehouse/inventory management practices, including the ability to process SAP reservations and issue materials.
•Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain a site license) and ability to lift/carry 50 lbs.
•Strong understanding of safety protocols and material handling procedures, with willingness to work shift work.
•Forklift and telehandler certification/experience (or willingness to obtain), plus strong communication and interpersonal skills.
