Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of 5–7 QA Specialists within the assigned scope.
  • •Distribute and prioritize workload; coach, mentor, and develop team competencies.
  • •Monitor individual and team performance against quality KPIs and run regular 1:1s, meetings, and performance reviews.
  • •Conduct quality audits and second-level reviews; ensure consistent use of quality governance frameworks and evaluation standards.
  • •Lead calibration sessions, resolve complex disputes, identify quality trends and systemic issues, and provide data-driven insights and action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Quality Assurance, or Operational Excellence.
  • •Proven experience with quality monitoring, evaluations, and calibration processes.

  • •Strong knowledge of quality frameworks, monitoring methodologies, and calibration standards.
  • •Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
