•Drive strategic agency partnerships to achieve revenue targets and exceed client expectations for the Switzerland market.
•Build, maintain, and grow relationships with major agency holding groups and related agencies to secure ad partnerships and revenue growth.
•Develop sales strategies and sales plans for the assigned account portfolio and maintain long-term relationships with key senior clients.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver programmatic-driven “always on” advertising campaigns.

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years of experience in advertising or media (including sales) with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth, ideally in the Switzerland market.
•Business-level proficiency in German and English.
•Experience in digital advertising sales including programmatic (specifically PMP-driven sales).
•Deep understanding of media agencies/holding companies and an established network of senior relationships.
•Entrepreneurial approach with the ability to identify opportunities independently, drive initiatives, and take ownership of business outcomes.
