Job Summary

Lead a cross-functional, technically hands-on engineering organization responsible for building the AI deployment platform and two sets of high-impact workflows across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Operations. You will own internal AI infrastructure, mentor engineers, PMs, and business users, and deliver agentic solutions that scale safely and impact business outcomes. This role reports to the CEO and partners across the company.

Key Responsibilities

•Build the internal AI deployment infrastructure to enable non-engineers to safely build and run AI workflows at scale.
•Ship high-leverage agentic workflows across multiple functions by identifying friction points and automating them.
•Enable business users by creating patterns, guardrails, and training that empower builders across the company.
•Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, PMs, and embedded business users; set direction and foster a fast shipping culture.
•Partner with functional leaders to understand goals, prioritize ruthlessly, and measure the business impact of every deployment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 212,000 - 324,800 annually
