Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide transportation for hotel/airport pickups and drop-offs using personal or company-provided vehicles
  • •Run errands such as meals, laundry, grocery shopping, package delivery, equipment rentals, and coffee runs
  • •Coordinate take-out orders and shopping lists: purchasing, retrieving, and distributing items to touring personnel
  • •Assist production staff with general production-related duties and various special projects
  • •Maintain cash and receipts for expense reimbursement and handle light administrative tasks like copying, posting signs, and cash reconciliation
