Job Summary

Operate batching, pelleting, and grinding systems at the Pine Bluff feed mill and manage computerized pelleting/batching to produce and route finished feed based on run schedules. Maintain micro bins and unload ingredients and trucks, record data accurately, and perform quality analysis on incoming ingredients. Follow safety procedures, maintain housekeeping, and handle physically demanding tasks in hot, dusty, wet, and cold conditions while working the 5:00 AM–1:00 PM Monday–Friday shift.

•Perform quality assurance by running quality analysis on incoming ingredients and maintaining cleanliness on the mill floor and micro bin tops.
